1. AKZD500 Sausage Automatic Bagging production line is the only automatic equipment in the market that can solve the problem of customers' table roast sausage bagging. It is customized according to customers' product specifications and bagging requirements to effectively reduce labor force, reduce labor intensity, improve production efficiency, ensure production hygiene and reduce direct contact between people and products.

 

1. The equipment is mainly composed of five parts: Automatic Feeding Elevator, Automatic Sorting Disc Machine, Automatic Whole Row V-belt Machine, Spider Hand Robot, and Automatic Bag Loader. Their functions are as follows:

2.1 Automatic Feeding Elevator:
Set the material to enter the automatic feeding equipment according to the situation of front-end feeding. At present, there are three modes in the market:

1. After the production by the wire tying machine, manually remove the wire to the workbench, spray oil, and then send it to the feeding equipment (refer to the short video).
2. After the production by the kink mode, use the roller shear (process spray oil), and then send it to the feeding equipment (see the long video).
3. After the production by the kink mode, use the automatic shear to separate intestines (rear end spray oil), and then send to the feeding equipment (no such docking operation at present).

In addition, this part of feeding is controlled by PLC to ensure the normal operation of back-end equipment.

2.2 Automatic Sorting Disc Machine:
The main function is to arrange and line up the disorderly sausages sent from the front end to the next part.

2.3 Automatic Whole Row V-belt Machine:
Connect the sausage sorted out from the front end, and transport the sausage through the three-stage V-belt design. Each conveyor belt is controlled by PLC, and the operation speed of each belt is controlled by electric eye detection, so as to achieve the continuity and stability of sausage transportation. At the same time, there is a section of screening section, which is used to remove the long, short and connected sausage, ensure that the sausage entering the packaging area is qualified.

2.4 Spider Hand Robot:
After sorting sausages inside the bagging host, the robot grabs and places sausages to the designated area according to the bagging specifications.

2.5 Automatic Bagging Machine:
This part is the main machine of the whole line. It also has the functions of automatic sorting, automatic bag taking, automatic bagging and automatic pushing and feeding to realize the final process of automatic bagging.
 

1. Capacity requirements and matters (adjusted according to bagging specification and quantity):

1. The operation speed of the equipment shall meet 500 pieces / minute, and +-5% shall be within the normal range
2. Packaging capacity meets 500 bags / hour, +-4% in normal range;
3. The product is delivered to the above capacity in a relatively straight state. If the bending degree of the product is more than 5mm, that will effect the production capacity or cause to shutdown is not within the scope of equipment acceptance
4. No more than 3 operators are required for the equipment. (including 3 people, 1 person in the loading area + 1 person in the main machine watching area + 1 person in the finished product handling area)

1. Quality requirement:

1. The probability of More or Less is 3‰ after successful commissioning of the equipment.
2. Sausages shall not be damaged or broken during bagging. If the upstream products are damaged or broken, that the above requirement is not applicable.
3. Error probability of bagging is less than 5 ‰.

1. Conditions and parameters provided by customers:

1. Provide static free bags.
2. Provide sausage with less than 5mm curvature.
3. The diameter tolerance of the same product shall not be greater than 0.5mm.
4. 380V industrial power tolerance +-15V.
5. 0.7kg +-0.1 air pressure.
